• We provide detailed move-in and move-out condition reports for proper documentation of the condition of your rental.
• All deposits are kept in a FDIC-insured Portland bank for accounting at the completion and satisfaction of your lease.
• Mainlander provides a 24-hour day rent drop box for your convenience.
• Our offices are staffed Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• All maintenance contractors must meet strict standards to ensure the highest quality of work is being done.
• Our property managers are licensed with the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
