The Details
If you are a licensed broker and you refer a new property owner to us, we will give you a $200 referral fee once the property is rented.
We are non-compete. If the owner decides to sell in the future, we will refer them back to the same broker.
This program begins November 1, 2017 and only referrals given on or after that day are eligible for the referral fee.
