How It Works

STEP 1 | PHONE CALL

Talk with one of our Property Managers about your rental home. You will go over the details of your property, the rental history (if any), the goals and timeline you have, and any unique or noteworthy features.

STEP 2 | SET UP A PROPERTY VISIT

Once you have spoken with one of our Property Managers, you can set up a time for a one hour walk through with them. Once the property visit is scheduled, we will send you the service agreement via Adobe Sign. The Property Manager will take the information you provided in step 1 to research the home and surrounding area in preparation for the walk through.

STEP 3 | PROPERTY VISIT

The Property Manager will meet you at your property for a one hour walk through. You can use this time to further discuss your plans and goals for the property and to pick the Property Manager’s brain for insights and recommendations.

STEP 4 | REPORT

The Property Manager will email you a report with details of the suggested improvements, upgrades, and repairs. You will also receive your “as-is” rent estimate, the rent estimate if all repairs are completed, and the average days on market in the area based on data from our system.
